Staircase painting
Due to high levels or wear and tear in the staircases of block 1 to 11 and block 26 to 36 we are going to be reapinting them this year. The paint used during the last redecoration hasn't stood up very well to the high traffic levels. This time a much more durable paint system will be used.
Re: Staircase painting
Colour: could the Directors please consider the colour Magnolia? It is a warmer colour than the current 'off-white' and would be a better colour match to the blue carpet.
Durability: could the Directors please consider a more durable generic paint along the lines of "Dulux Endurance" ie. wipe-off, scrape-proof etc. I've tried eliminating marks with a 'Magic Sponge' but it doesn't work on the current paint (which is also a bit flakey).

Re: Staircase painting
It's our intention to use Albany Durable Matt, a trade version of the Dulux Endurance type paint.
As to colour, I'll raise the question with the other Directors

Re: Staircase painting
Unfortunately the paint has already been purchased. The will be an opportunity for further discussion before the internal redecoration in two years time
